OpenWebReview is a research tool. It searches publicly available sources — review platforms, news outlets, company newsrooms, regulators and courts — and assembles what it finds into a structured report with links back to the originals.
Reports are informational summaries of third-party material. They are not investment advice, legal advice, credit or background screening, or an endorsement or condemnation of any company.
Sourced content can be incomplete, out of date, disputed or wrong, and automated analysis can misread it. We make no warranty that any report is accurate, complete or current.
Always verify a material claim against the primary source we link to before acting on it. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
You may read, download, print and share reports and exports for your own research, journalism, diligence or internal business use, with attribution to OpenWebReview and to the original sources.
You may not resell reports as a standalone product, present them as your own primary research, or use them for automated decisions about a person, such as employment, tenancy or credit.
Quotations, ratings, filings and articles referenced in a report remain the property of their publishers and are used for reporting, comment and criticism, with a link to the source.
Site design, editorial articles and report structure are ours. Company names and logos mentioned belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
Do not attempt to disrupt or overload the service, bypass rate limits, scrape it at automated scale, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to harass, defame or unlawfully profile any person or business.
We may restrict or withdraw access where use threatens the availability, security or lawful operation of the service.
If a report or article contains something inaccurate, outdated or unfairly presented, tell us the exact passage, the URL it appears on and the correct position with a primary source. We review every request and correct or remove content where the objection is well founded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpenWebReview is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, arising from use of the service or reliance on any report.
